Dan's Life's Experiences brings a wealth of knowledge to the negotiating table. As a young man, he bought his first property at the age of 20. In Victorville, CA- 180 acres that no one wanted at the time. Nothing but sand and cactus in the high desert of California. Today that location is just off the intersection of I-15 and Bear Valley Rd in Victorville, Ca. Dan always has an eye on the big picture in life.

Dan's Military Training as a young Flight Crewmember in the 3rd Marine Air Wing, Dan learned how to serve. Then later years as Western Regional Manager in finance or as an Executive Partner in Scrapbook Corner inc. These experience has taught Dan a cultural in business and gives him an edge over his competitors. As US Marine, serving eight tours and volunteered to served two times at two different United States Marine Barracks

Dan completed his education on the GI-BILL in economics and completed his studies while working fulltime for Avco Financial Services, Upon completion he was promoted and held the position of Western Regional Finance Manager, where he managed offices in the 12 western states.

Dan knows the West and the Real Estate Market and continually hones his entrepreneurial skills in the acquisition of properties. Jami has worked in the fields of administration and accounting, which has enabled her to focus on her customer relations expertise, something she is very passionate about. She has experience in property management, which includes close tenant relationships. Jami resides in the Inland Empire where she looks forward to creating long standing rapport within the community.

Sandra Porto possesses an impressive thirty-year career in Real Estate and Mortgage Banking. Her extensive experience in finance gives her the knowledge needed to help homebuyers understand the complexities of purchasing a home. Her 15 years’ experience in wholesale mortgage banking helped her to refine her negotiation skills, earning her top accolades year over year. She is an advocate for both buyers and sellers, taking her fiduciary responsibility seriously.

Sandra’s education has always been in the area of sales and the psychology of selling. Her most recent accomplishment is a Business Coaching certification from Erickson College. Sandra is a native Californian, having grown up in Orange County. She moved to the Temecula Valley to be closer to her family and her grandsons.
